To say that the EV Expo and Conference which was held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre in November was successful is an understatement. This event which was held over two days is still being talked about with further interviews being held and articles still being written.

Approximately 270 people attended the Friday Conference at the world class Convention centre, with positive feedback still being received. The class of speakers and their content was at a world class standard, and many people have asked enthusiastically for the DVD which is to be finalised very shortly. This will allow them to revisit the talks that they were able to attend, as well as get a chance to catch up with the speakers that they were not able to listen to. DVD’s will be available for purchase soon, so pre-register your interest here: https://form.jotform.co/83337311061851.

Our car dealers and manufacturing displays have also been very happy with the response and have had a number of leads from their display day. I have had comment that they were so busy that they could not even take photos to post on their Facebook page on the day!

AEVA is very happy with the outcome of an estimated 6.000 people in attendance on the Saturday free expo day. This has enabled the AEVA to show manufacturers that Australia is eager and ready NOW for electric vehicles to be sold here at a serious level.

Feel free to head over to our expo web pages if you wish to contact any of the stall holders from the day.

AEVA would like to again thank our major sponsors SEA Electric, Queensland Government and Nissan whose support was pivotal in putting this event on.
